Welcome
It has been my honour to serve the residents of St Albert as your City Councillor since 2017.
My time as a Councillor has been extremely rewarding, even though we all have had to navigate through a once-in-a-lifetime health crisis. Witnessing first-hand how our community supported each other has been truly remarkable.
My vision for our community reflects my personal core values of: Respect, Integrity, Teamwork and Community. My efforts continue to be focused on:
- Contributing to a respectful and cohesive city council with an emphasis on teamwork.
- Creating an economic environment that supports business and attracts new investment.
- Working with stakeholders to revitalize our downtown.
- Working collaboratively with other levels of government and stakeholders to identify solutions for long-term predictable and stable funding.
- Working with our regional neighbours while ensuring a strong voice for St Albert.
- Continuing efforts to improve traffic issues.
- Build strong relationships with Indigenous and Métis Nations.
- Preserve our natural areas and continue to improve park and trail development.
- Advocate for inclusive and new affordable housing strategies and engage with seniors and youth in our community.
