Councillor Ken MacKay
City of St Albert

I am humbled and truly grateful for the privilege to serve as your councillor for the next four years.
Together, we have navigated challenges, made meaningful progress on several important initiatives, and continued to build a community that reflects the values and aspirations of all our residents.
My focus remains on what you have told me matters most to our community: maintaining high quality core services, ensuring community safety, strengthening economic development and addressing infrastructure challenges with innovative, forward thinking solutions.
As our city grows, so too must our commitment to enhancing public spaces and amenities, supporting local businesses, and empowering residents to thrive. I am proud of the work we have done and energized by the opportunities still ahead.
My recent campaign was not just about being re-elected. It was about recommiting to the values that make St Albert such an extraordinary place to live, work and raise a family.
My vision for our community reflects my personal core values of: Respect, Integrity, Teamwork and Community.
My efforts continue to be focused on:
I respectfully acknowledge that I live and work on Treaty 6 territory, traditional lands of many First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples. As treaty People, Indigenous and non-Indigenous, we share the responsibility for stewardship of this beautiful land.
